We are a home care and supported living service, offering personalized, high-quality care solutions to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Our services are designed for those who, due to illness, physical disability, or frailty, need assistance with activities of daily living.

We also provide 24-hour care and support to individuals in supported living settings with mental health needs, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Our services are available for adults aged 18 and over, including those over 65. At Guarantee Care, we use a person-centered, strength-based approach, focusing on enhancing each service user's abilities and collaboratively exploring ways to develop their living skills, confidence, and emotional and mental well-being.

Our team

At Guarantee Care, our management team has over 20 years experience within the health and social care sector. This wealth of experience underpinned our values and commitment to ensuring our staffing team are well equipped in supporting others and inspiring positive outcomes.

We ensure our staff have the right skills, knowledge and experience to deliver safe, effective care and support to our service users. We only employ staff who have been subject to an enhanced DBS and have been through our robust recruitment process, including the provision of reference checks.

We promote continued professional development (CPD), encouraging staff to engage in opportunities to continually improve their knowledge, experience and standards that reinforces good practice and innovative workforce.
