At Guarantee Care Services, we provide personalised home care solutions to our service users. We do this by working with government legislation under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC) to meet the caring needs of our Clients in the comfort of their homes.
We offer a wide range of person-centred services tailored to the needs of individuals. We offer home visits that can range from 30 minutes to an hour at various times throughout the day. Our services are available up to 24/7, including weekends and bank holidays.

Our home care services include, but are not limited to:
Personal care.
Assistance/support with getting in and out of bed.
Dressing and grooming.
Preparation and serving of meals and drinks.
Prompting and assisting with medication administration.
Escorting service users within the community, shops, day centres, GP surgeries.
Live-In care/24 hours care.
Overnight care.
Care at home following hospital discharge.
Additional Support with: cleaning, cooking, shopping, budgeting/financial management support.
