About

Supported Living at Guarantee Care Services

Guarantee Care provides 24-hour care and support to individuals aged 18 and over, including those over 65, who live in supported living settings. Our aim is to help them achieve as much independence as possible, with the specific setting determined by their preferences, needs, and recovery goals.

We assist people within their communities who have experienced or are experiencing mental health challenges. Additionally, we support individuals transitioning from hospitals, ensuring they receive the necessary support to manage their mental health and enhance their skills and confidence for independent living.

Working closely with our service users, we develop personalized support plans that are regularly reviewed with their involvement and that of key individuals in their lives. This collaborative approach enables us to focus on recovery-oriented goals, promote independence, empowerment, and social integration.

Recognizing the importance of collaboration, we maintain close partnerships with care and support workers, families, friends, multidisciplinary teams, and relevant voluntary and independent agencies to ensure positive outcomes for our service users.

Housing Support

We collaborate with Community Interest Companies (CICs) for housing management, under separate contractual agreements.

Part of our support involves ensuring that service users' housing rights are upheld and respected, giving them autonomy over their living arrangements.

When necessary, we assist service users in applying for housing benefits with their consent, and provide guidance on budgeting to help them effectively manage their tenancy.
